Awesome place! Davco was purchased by queen marys in October and now provides a HUGE selection of vacuums and sewing machines!

So Davco was bought by Queen Mary's in Oct of 2016. The store is freaking super awesome plus offers all the service/repair aspects that Davco previously provided. They have over 100 models on display and will fully assemble your purchase. This place is awesome!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! I went into Davco needing a bobbin case for my sewing machine, They did have the part I needed, however they were charging more than twice the price the price that I have seen them online for, So I told them that I would just buy it online to save money. They women working in the store said I should just be careful because they do not always fit, and if I bought it though them then I would for sure get the one that fit. I decided to think about it. I came back a week later and decided that I would just pay more and purchase the part with Davco to be safe. I purchased the part, took it home and it did not fit. I brought it back the next day and told the them it did not fit my machine and I would would like to return it. The woman running the store became furious, raised her voice and me and was literally screaming at me on the sales floor in front of other customers!! She refused to return the part and was screaming at me, telling me that she thought I was lying. Not sure why she thought I would lie, I would love for my sewing machine to be working. I asked her to show me where in their return policy it said that the part was non-refundable, she could not and after she threw the part across the counter at me she finally decided to return the part, but she kept 25% of the money! I was shocked that a local business with have such little pride in their business, product, and customer experience. I was yelled at and had product thrown at me, all over a $16 part!
