Childtime Learning Centers

I'm sure we would have loved having our child attend Childtime of Evanston. However, when we toured in February, we were told that we would not need to put down a deposit until May for our projected early-July start date. My wife and I decided to go in at the end of March anyways and turned in our applications and deposit. While they were fully aware of my wife's early April due date, over two weeks later (and after we realized an inquired that our deposit had not been processed), we received an email, not even a phone call, informing us that they were sorry, but that they wouldn't have any availability until late September!

As a couple that had toured and given our contact information, they should have called us and informed us of their filling roster before it filled completely. This is totally unacceptable for a highly rated facility.

If you tour, I would advise putting down your deposit that day otherwise you may be left scrambling to find a different daycare in hopes you can get on someone else's waiting list! Very disappointed.
