Tire Kingdom

Horrible service and incompetent staff! I went in to have a new tire put on and gave them specific instructions on which tire to put in the trunk as a spare tire. I told them the reason for this was that the rim caused it to have a slow leak. The guy went out with me to confirm what I wanted, and yet they put the wrong one on. When the tire finally went down, I went to change it for the tire that they should have put on in the first place and the lugnuts were overtightened so that I could not get them off even standing on my lugwrench. I called them up and they offered no solution, but to drive it in (flat tire cannot be driven on). He also insisted that their tools are calibrated not to overtighten, but we know that was a lie because even 220 lbs of torque could not turn it. I was finally able to get them off by bouncing on the lugwrench with all my weight, but they should never have been that tight. On top of that, the person at the counter when I went in to get the tire changed in the first place was not very friendly.

Sent my 17 year old daughter there to see why her air condition was not working in here car.They told her she needed a whole new complete unit for $1200.00 when she called home i told her forget it and bring it home.After bringing it some place else it was just a bad hose.Part was $120.00 labor was $100.00 big difference from what she was told at Tire Kingdom In Eustis
