Estero Urgent Care

I am from put of town, this is the only place around without going to the hospital. The Spanish last at the front desk was not friendly, she keep saying there still people ahead if you and there's only one doctor! If you are an urgent care clinic, why would there only be one doctor in that huge office!! After waiting for hours and being told that it was going to be another hour every time I asked, needless to say I left without being seen!! I stress don't go to this clinic ever, just go on to the hospital where people actually give a crap about sick people I there waiting room!!!
