Advanced Appliance Repair & Service

Shawn was very knowledable and got right back to me. we had some very minor issues with DW and Frig. Had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. Only complaint is how much it cost for such a quick fix! Almost $150... was certainly grateful for his time and help but not sure it justified the high price tag. will use him again in a heartbeat, but probably make sure its a bigger issue or at least something that involves installing new parts. No complaints about the service and awesome attitude!

Advanced Appliance - Shawn -did a great job fixing my Washer and Dryer. The washer went on the fritz and I called Advanced Appliance, he diagnosed the problem on the phone, and when he showed up for the service he had the part needed for the repair with him. I told him of a little cranky thing the Dryer was doing and he fixed that too. Great Job, I have his number on speed dial for my appliance emergencies.

I HIGHLY recommend Shawn who owns Advanced Appliance. He is the most knowledgeable person on appliances I have ever seen. He's worked on several pieces of equipment in my old home and the newer one we purchased. He'll do his best to diagnose the problem over the phone before he arrives and then seems to have a magical supply of parts on his truck to fix it the first time. He's a really great buy, courteous, pleasant and a serious worker. You will NOT be disappointed.

Just had Shawn over to my duplex, excellent customer service, old gas stove repaired within 15 minutes! Explained the issue with the stove, very professional, cost was very fair, even saved me money with his recommendations on a different stove I had. Definitely need to keep local businesses like his going, will recommend him to anyone. Thanks.

Our dryer died in the middle of laundry day. I called Advanced Appliance after some review of all of the local appliance repair companies. They were able to schedule us for the following day. Shawn Garrett was very professional and personable, and our problem was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance.

Our stove went out. Like most Gen X'rs we just let it sit there, because we never owned appliances until recently, so we never had to deal with an appliance repair man. Not sure where to turn, I went to Facebook. Everyone had someone different to recommend but the overwhelming majority pointed us to Advanced Appliance. So, that is who we called. Glad we did.



When we called we got a warm greeting from Kim who was wonderful and showed a tremendous passion and confidence that her husband Shawn could rectify this timely.



The arrival of Advanced Appliance ( Shawn Garrett). He came and repaired the ignition and checked everything out, and went on to clean out some of the burners so they burned propery Have you ever had a serviceman who makes an appointment and keeps it and is on time? We were amazed when they showed up just as they said they would. It is sad that nowadays waiting for the cable man becomes an all day or two day event.



We would highly recommend them. The price seemed fair, they were timely, and they went over and above to make sure we were satisfied.

I found Shawn to be very professional and prompt. He tore apart my dryer in about 3 min. smacked the side in just the right spot and it all came apart. Found the problem and had it up and running in less than a half hour. Very reasonable pricing as well. I then had him install my new D/W which is a very high end Bosch that is a tricky install. He did it in no time at all and was $75 less than anyone else. I don’t even need to call around to check pricing anymore!

When our refridgerator broke, we called Advanced Appliance at the suggestion of friends who had used them before and been very happy with their service. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even had the part we needed on the truck. The refridgerator was fixed in less than an hour, and the service was the most professional and courteous service we have ever gotten. I would highly reccommend Advancled Appliance to anyone needing any type of appliace repair. It was a wonderful experience and we will only be using them from now on.

Our experience with Advanced Appliance was pleasant and rewarding in regards to being cost effective. Mr. Garrett responded to our call promptly, provided valuable information that helped us decide whether to replace or invest in repair of our 10 year old refrigerator. Shawn came to our house with passion for his job. We had a stove that didn't heat and I was amazed with only a few questions he new just what the problem was.
