Essex Taxi

The worst customer service, completely rude and when you book a ride at specific times they will not answer calls leaving you to walk!!!

Asked for a cab at 10:05 pm, and was told they close at 10pm....and the dispatcher was unaware of any other companies I could call...extremely helpful and pleasant people to work with. I guess 5 minutes of time is more worthwhile to this company than adhering to customers needs.

I called in my requested pickup time 3 hours prior, giving myself 10 extra minutes to catch a train.



Waited 5 minutes, no taxi or call. When I called, they said another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, nothing again. Called back, they said 2 minutes. This is now 8 minutes before my train and the station is 10 minutes away.

They were thoughtful and very conscientious when my daughter was stuck at the train station alone after missing her stop. Thank you Essex Taxi!!!!! She made the All Star game and played great!!!
