DIRECT TRAIL ACCESS - ride from 2 to 5 hours right off the property. Arena, extra large roundpen, hot/cold water, hand grazing areas, tack rooms, and BBQ / picnic area. Trainer available for horse training (ground work, first ride, exercise/conditioning rides, tune ups, behavioral issues) and lessons. Boarding options include pipe corrals with shelters (24'x24', 24'x36', 24'x48') and 24'x36'"condo style" pipe corrals. Also, group dry-lot pasture board with trees and shelter. Gated entry - owner/manager and property owners live on site. Every horse receives daily "hands on" check ups and personalized attention. Multiple horse discounts and new client move-in specials! No additional charge for supplement feeding and blanketing for corral-boarded horses. No charge for fly masks (on/off) for any horse as long as the horse is cooperative. Regularly scheduled farrier, vet, and chiropractic clinics. Owner/manager has been certified in Stable Management and has worked for many years in the veterinary field.
