Your money is going to waste in supporting “Do Nothings” like AFGE District 12 National Vice-President George E. McCubbin and his unresponsive team member National Representative John M. Rodriguez.

Get rid of bad union officials that don’t put the members’ money into action. When you need support, guidance and legal representation all you hear is crickets. They are unresponsive to emails, and voice messages. However, you can see George E. McCubbin’s spending your money on Southwest Airline Trips regularly out of San Diego International Airport with nothing to show its members!

It saddens me to have listened to numerous stories over the last two years how officers’ have faced wrongful discipline and even termination. One may pose the question, “Where was your union representation or legal council provided for by AFGE?” Most times I hear there were NONE!

It’s time to say, “Enough is enough”!

AFGE is misleading members with what I would sum up as false advertising and using a fraction of the dues you pay for a members well being. There will not be a representative by your side and legal counseling provided when you need it most. I have seen this with my own eyes and heard countless other sad stories.

Just reflect back at the horrific writing called our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). They do nothing to support officers in its interpretation and representation.
