        I called for them to look at our broken dryer and it was believed that the circuit board was the problem. I was told that we would receive a call about in the next few days. Two weeks go by and we heard nothing. I went there to ask about it and no one knew what I was talking about and was told they would call me. Another week or two passes and I hear nothing. At this point they had our circuit board for over a month. We had to buy a used dryer just so we could do our laundry. When they finally got around to calling us they still could not tell me if the circuit board was even broken. Not long after they had our circuit board, we asked if they could look at our TV and still had no communication from them. When they finally called I had enough with them and found it impossible to trust their judgement and capability of determining the problem. I will be taking my TV to Marquette for a second opinion. I do not trust their diagnostic ability and their customer service was a nightmare.
