called me and told me that my meds are ready and so I drove all the way from Greenville to Johnson City to pick up my meds they weren't filled whenever I got there. I then called them back and ask them what was going on and they said that they would try to fill it again nothing happened that day. so the next morning I called them back and told them I still don't have any scripts and if they could fill it for me and they said oh sorry it must not have gone through so we'll put it back in for you but it might not even be today so I asked to talk to a manager manager tells me that I signed papers stating that it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to receive my medicine which is fine and fare but not when you're called and told that they're ready and then drive all the way there to get them and they're not even ready. Ridiculous. I'm so pissed. I'm in a lot of pain. Takes 48 hours to fill a script by making a call? They could have made it right. Poor customer service on top of being rude.
