        Overall

        Roger came out in this awful heat and fixed and replaced a breaker box for us. I have to say every time we do business with Goolsby we are treated so good. They are the best thanks guys. #Expert

        Stay away except as a last res...

        Stay away except as a last resort. We're pretty reasonable to get along with, and I wish I could say that about the managment/office staff.

        Their guys came out, reluctantly made two holes in the ground looking for a pipe, and then disappeared for two days.

        The office wouldn't call to give updates, and when we finally called the person on the phone got mad and responded unprofessionally so we had to discontinue the project with them and ended up paying for two holes in the dirt and nothing else.

        Goolsby is the best. Had an electrical problem over the Christmas holidays.. Technician replaced outdoor panel box. He was very friendly and professional. Did a great job.They even contacted Al Power and the City inspector for me. The cost was very reasonable as well.Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

        Very professional

        I had a major leak in my master bath coming from my lower spout.The serviceman came in,explained to me what was going on,showed me visually and had the leak fixed shortly thereafter.Paid him,he shook my hand and that was it.Problem fixed.....Ride out!
