I don't know what some of these reviewers are smoking, but I'm convinced they are lying about Fortress Tactical. I've been looking for a limited edition production run of a complete 9 inch AAC .300BLK MPW that no one else had in stock. Not only was he the most down to earth person I've talked to, but he was even willing to text back and forth with me on my phone to get a deal going. He was so helpful and eager to be informative, I had no qualms in buying from him when I acquired enough money.



Extremely competitive pricing, friendly and informative. Top notch customer service. I would reccomend Fortress Tactical to all my friends. They even went above and beyond and threw in a little extra goodies for me. This is a company that knows how to treat it's customers.

Worst service ever. I wanted to buy a Taser x26c the store owner refuse sell to me . i did not feel comfortable giving my Id Identification he refuse to go through with purchase. I made online. I paid and person who own fortress tactical online was rude refund my money then block me from there web site for no reason. Never buying from Fortress Tactical.com I bought my taser X26c from another website. They know how to treat Customer.

I have been buying tasers and other equipment from Fortress for almost 5 years. Not only have I had dealing with Mike over the phone and online, but in person as well when he use to come to gun shows in Hickory. Not only does Mike have advanced knowledge about his product, he was trained through my company by Taser.



If there is any advice that I could give Mr. Burkeens is, you must research the products before you purchase. You need to check multiple sources inlcuding the Manufacturer. Also, once you purchase your product you should always read the support material. All Tasers come with a training DVD. Not only do I recommend watching the DVD, but paticipate in hands on training courses that are offered through the country. If there is a malfuction with the product, It is Taser's policy that all warranty service must go through them.

I have been dealing with Fortress Tactical, LLC since 2007. I have never once had a negative experience with this company. Fortress Tactical, LLC is very professional, honest, and has wonderful product knowledge. Fortress Tactical always has the customer's best intrerest in mind as far as products and prices. Highly reccomended!

I bought a taser from this company. The representative had no information on what he was selling; all he cared about was selling a product. I advised this man that this is the first taser that I ever bought, so I had no idea had it worked. This man gave me no information and basically said that I was stupid because I didn't know. The taser has several flaws which he did not bring to my attention. Like I said, all the man cared about was selling this product. Before buying anything from this company, go to the manufacturer first and ask them about it. So that you don't throw your money away dealing with Fortress Tactial, I would suggest that you buy directly from the manufacturer because you will get all the information you need before purchasing. I want to make sure that you understand that you are wasting your money buying from Fortress Tactical.
