Auto Body Plus

After calling him multiple times, Roy never answers the phone. I arranged to have my car serviced on a Saturday at his shop. He said to call him before i came in and when i did, he didn't answer. I've tried to call him numerous times since that day but no response. He's a nice guy but not a good businessman. Also, he works every other Saturday so it's kind of spotty as to when you can take your car in (i work long hours during the week and he definitely was intent on helping me but his actions didn't line up with his words)
