I have not shopped this place in over 2 years. It was always busy, stuff all over and hard to find parking. A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of shopping the Emeryville Ross.....What a fantastic experience. Ths store was not cluttered, the staff was pleasant and most of all it was clean. Ross have always been my favorite place to shop due to the great prices. Now I feel great about shopping in my own community.
