I am giving this Sketcher store in Elmhurst, NY (along Queens Blvd) a really bad review because of the HORRIBLE customer service I received today. The women who work there were RUDE and do not know how to treat their customers with RESPECT.



The names of these two HORRIBLE customer service representatives were:





1. "Kem" (I am not sure about the spelling)

2. Maria Narvaez





I hope someone from Sketcher management will stumble on this horrible review and do something about the horrible people working on their stores.



The woman named "Kem" had a very unprofessional demeanor. She was frowning all the time when I asked her a simple question. She was very dismissive in her response.





The woman named "Maria Narvaez" was also frowning all the time and very condescending. I needed to exchange a shoe I bought the same day with another shoe. She rudely told me that I couldn't do an exchange. It was fine by me that I couldn't do an exchange; however, the attitude of this woman was unbearable. I truly felt that she did not want to be there.



I understand jobs are hard to come by these days, but if these women cannot stand answering simple questions and dealing with simple customer concerns, I don't think they should be working in a customer-facing role.

Wonderful store. One salesperson nicer than the next. Even the security guard is a pleasure. All overseen by a great manager who knows how to run a store and treat customers and employees alike. They have earned a loyal customer in me.
