Walmart - Pharmacy

2 times this pharmacy screwed me. Never GO here or TRANSFER her.
1. Filled my refill of sons albuteral (asthma meds),said they can't confirm ins, I had for 3 yrs an been here bwfore! The script was a month past refills daye, told me I had to world another 15 days. Don't use as needed so filled late. End issue: they were sorry, there was a disconnect in there system.
2. Xfered script,called 2 hours later, said"it will be ready in 20 mons" showed up 2 HOURS LATET. Not ready. Told me I had to wait 30 men's (that's y I called in 1st place, I got a ride). After 20 mind called me to frnt lady and said since it's narcotic I'm not allowed to use other pharmacy so they called my doc and now I had to lv and wait AGAIN! But they ain't say that when I called??? I xfered refills of narcotics many times, no other pharmacy did this, just them!! Then she said "well since u got smart with me keep waiting, it's gonna take days now" yes, that's what she said. Script was 8 days overdue alrdy!

Worst walmart pharmacy ever. ...I will never go back they wouldn't accept insurance card from my local ibew union saying it was no good that it was a discount card when it's a blue Cross Blue Shield insurance card and wouldn't even call the support line on back of card to help them with it because evidently they didn't know how to enter it an would rather charge you full price for medicine that you need than do their job.....thanks for the terrible experience
