        I have been to your Reno Location 3 times before and had great service. Today I went in and had bad service from a manager named Francisco. We ordered two orders of regular size chips and guacamole. He put a scoop and a half into two tiny containers one per regular order of Nachos. When I called him on it he got mad. I ordered an extra cup of Guac and again. Now Ive been there before and its not the tiny cups they give you. i called him on it and he got an attitude and whispered to the cashier to make sure she charged me for it. I am a veteran and made sure she gave me a military discount. There is something wrong with Francisco and needs to be retrained. FYI I am copying this email and putting it up on all places that review your place. This kind of service is unacceptable.
