The place is a rip off, I mistakenly had my wrecked car towed there after an accident that happened Saturday mid afternoon. I went there Monday to get my personal belongings from the car and sign the car over for scrap. I mistakenly thought I may get a few dollars from the car. Nope, they charged all kinds of fees including 3 days storage plus an administrative fee. I found out later the administration fee is for them submitting a request for the title in case the car is financed. I handed them the title on the spot, no administration there. Oh three days storage lets see, Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon 1 day, Sunday to Monday 1 day. 1+1 =2 not 3 In the end, I did not get one penny for the car, but owed them $50 for a bogus administration fee. I would not recommend this scrap yard to anyone and would encourage everyone to avoid it.

If I could give a negative stay I would. Bad customer service, very rude, and I got hung up on several times.

Zero Stars!! Terrible and RUDE customer service! I was yelled at and hung up on by the owner for asking a simple question. I would not recommend anyone use their service. Expensive and impolite! I have never had such bad and rude customer service.
