Went to this location to turn in my prescription to get my taxes refunded to my credit card account as I was told by the sales rep, a much older lady with blonde hair. I was met with a testy woman with very short hair who seemed put off having to stop what she was doing to help me. She told me that I should not have come to the factory and that I should have gone to the location where I purchased the mattress. It was very confusing and complicated. She said she would take care of it but I felt like I was taking up her time. Terrible customer service I will never purchase there again or refer friends or family.
