Massage Envy - El Paso West

Unfortunately, the best I can give them is 1 star. I'm a Massage Envy member and have spent hundreds of dollars with them, so I know how they're supposed to work. I was going to be in the area so I made an appointment at the North Mesa location I got the call confirming the appointment and made sure they checked for my information in the computer since I hadn't been there before. Today, I show up for my massage, and they "lost" my appointment! I wasn't in their appointment book and there wasn't anyone available the rest of the day, so it was a complete waste of my time. I get massages to relax and destress, and I don't need to have to worry about their incompetence and unprofessional staff ruining my evening. and do not ever buy the one year contract membership, they ruin my friends credit for canceling before the year contract.

when you go there is nothing but a pushing lady trying to sell you the stupid membership to lock you down to go back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Massage Envy is the embodiment of serenity and relaxation. They made me feel so special, like I was their only client. They even let me customize my massage to fit my needs at the very moment! Everyone from the front office staff to my therapist were wonderful and very professional. They all made me feel at ease since this experince was a bit new for me. I will definitley be recommending them to everyone!

You have to try this place.... This place is very clean and very professional. My therapist was amazing........ The front desk people made me feel right at home.

A simply wonderful experience from start to finish. The spa is peaceful, clean and inviting. There is extra friendly staff helping you in the front of the spa and the therapists are professional and attnetive. My favorite part was getting to customize my massage. Everyone there seemed to be truly concerned with making my experience there nothing but the best. I came in with an achy and soar lower back and a kink in my neck. My therapist took extra time to focus on these areas and even educated me on ways to continue therapy at home on my own. Wow, that's all I have to say. Walked out of there on cloud nine! Not to mention it is a steal at the prices they have. I reccomend Massage Envy to everyone I get the chance to.
