I was extremely happy with the service at Jays Automitive this past Wednesday. I pulled in 30 minutes before they closed with a headlight missing, Christine was very nice and assured me they could take care of it & they did and was on my way home safely with both headlights working! I will be a returning customer.
BUYER BEWARE OF JOHNNY!! I have been a customer for years of Jay's Automotive and always dealt with the previous owner which is the father of Johnny. Now that his father retired Johnny is trying to get rich by over charging his father's previous customers. He will keep your automobile for days even though the job itself only takes a few hours. He has fixed up the place to give it a cleaner more professional appearance ( Coffee station, new paint & chairs) but do not be fooled. The previous positive reviews are all B.S. and most likely written by family and friends of Johnny.
Jay’s automotive made my visit as pleasant as possible while they diagnosed my truck’s issue. They got a tow truck out to me on a Saturday morning and brought my vehicle right in to be diagnosed. They were very courteous and even gave me a ride to my house to pick up a spare key that was needed because of the vehicle’s programming. I highly recommend Jay’s Automotive if you’re having vehicle mechanical problems and are looking for a reliable and credible service provider. Thanks guys for going the extra mile. You’ll definitely have my future business.

I could not be more happy with my experience. The customer service and interaction with service employee's was excellent and the quality of work and timelyness in which it was conducted was perfect. I was provided with an accurate time line for repairs and the repair process was explained completely. I will be taking my second vehicle in for similar service and will definately take my automotive service needs to Jay's.
Service was great! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The service my vehicle was needing was time consuming, but the time passed by comfortably. Finally, an automotive business I can return to for my vehicle needs.
