        Overall
        Needs more organization

        I have been to a few ROSS stores in the bay area. The east bay stores cannot compete with the well organized ROSS store in downtown SF. ROSS at the el cerrito plaza, has over worked staff. The clothes, especially the kids area, are a MESS. I appreciate the discounts, but I am a mother of 3 and work. My time is important too. Sorting through ALL the racks to find the sizes is not GOOD shopping for me. Only go to this store if you have extra TIME.
