Bastet Veterinary Hospital

We had a wonderful experience with Bastet Veterinary Hospital. After more than a year of taking my little Lyla to numerous clinics' and paying for numerous inconclusive expensive tests the Doctor knew exactly what was wrong with her. She had mites and spent a year suffering with itching, rashes, fur lose, etc. My little girl is on the mend now. The staff is extremely caring. The rates are very reasonable, and I will certainly recommend this Veterinary Hospital. Thank you Bastet Veterinary Hospital.

Price wise they are great as I have called several vets in the area and all the exam fees are $40+, here $20.



First impression was this place looks like a dive but was still hopeful that we would have a good experience as we had called a week ago and made an appointment.



Walk in, get greeted and once I say we have an appointment the woman lets out a long and wary "Oh" which is never a good sign. She informs me that "it will be a little while as we have an emergency C-Section". Key word Little. My next question is "how long is a little while", who knows maybe they are finishing up, she kindly responds with "Several hours". I understand that emergency's happen and if you have a pregnant animal the number 1 priority are the babies and the mom, I get that and am completely ok with that. What I am not ok with was this woman lying to me saying a little while and then turning around and saying several hours. I am also not impressed with how inconsiderate they are for their patients, mind you this was my first appointment with them. They couldn't have called and said there's an emergency we need to reschedule? She asked as I'm walking out the door if I would like to reschedule, I informed her that we will NEVER be going here again.



Go elsewhere. Go someplace where they will be considerate to their patients and where they won't lie to your face.

Fantastic , highly recommend taking your pets to caring vets their. Genuine interest and cared about our dogs well being.
