Bad experience. Took a weed wacker to get service. Three weeks later i went there and was told a part was back ordered. No call no nothing, three weeks later, so i picked up the machine unrepaired and they still charged me $45. Somebody else actually repaired it for $35..Stay away!!!Tom M

Great to have a place like this in the area. Hopefully it will make it, cause the community needs this place. I bought an Echo String Trimmer there. The guy behind the counter, Jeff or Jim or something, spent about 15 minutes with me, going over the pros and cons of the various trimmer brands, and when I settles on the Echo, we went over the basics on how expensive a machine I needed. He convinced me to settle on the lowest price model, and I couldn't be happier with it. After 4 months of using it, no problems at all. And I wasn't pressured into buying expensive. I appreciate that in a business. Kudos to Millers, and I will be recommending all my friends to shop there!

I have bought 4 units from them in the last 6 months. A new mower, leaf blower, string trimmer, and chainsaw. All have been the ECHO brand (mower was Husqvarna) and I couldn't be happier. All worked great. I had an issue with the chainsaw the first time I used it. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. (Total operator eror) I took it in and clerk started it right up. turns out I never took the chain bra... view moreke off, duh. But they are great people and very friendly. They are happy to talk with you and advise you on items and very low pressure sales approach. I never feel pressured into buying something. Sales every otehr week on different items, so you can save big $ there also. My saw was $20 off and came with a free case, oil bottle, hat and safety glasses. Leaf blower I bought the other day was $30 off retail price.
