        Never Been Treated Worse

        I've had rx filed here before. CVS Caremark is my insurance. I spoke with a pharmacist early today that was pleasant enough but when I called back about a pre-auth i spoke to a tech. I was told I called the wrong CVS, there was no rx there for me and then was hung up on!

        I called back, naturally, and talked to an pharmacist who also said there was no rx for me then left me on hold for 7 minutes!
