I read the review above about the girl who had customer service and I just want to tell everyone that I have been a client of 3 girls for 4 years and have never had anything but the BEST from them!! They do our family pictures and my daughters dance pictures as well, and we have been completely thrilled with the relationships we have made with Jenn and her staff.



I do know that they had some issues with their employees recently and I think she had to fire some of them. I hope this was the case as I have never heard anything bad about them before. I'm sure if you let Jenn know she will take really good care of you and fix everything for you. That's just the way they do things. Don't let one bad experience sour you on this place. You won't be sorry. I have never seen a photography place that is this amazing.

If I could give this company N...

If I could give this company NO STARS, I would! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company that I have done business with in the entire city.



I was looking forward to picking up my daughter's recital pics at dress rehearsal, along with all the other moms. When I got my envelope, there were no photos...just a note saying that I owed $10.78. I NEVER received a phone call or an e-mail prior to delivery saying that there was a mistake and that I owed more money. I was SHOCKED. The business was closed for their typical 3 day weekends and didn't retun my calls. I went over on Monday. My sheet said "PAID" on it, but apparently the little girl checking my total didn't check it correctly. When I picked up my photos, the lady was not apologetic in the slightest. My parents who came in from out-of-state that weekend didn't get to see the recital pics. And it was apparent she didn't care about that either. A totally classless, unprofessional business that doesn't care about good customer service or repeat business.

Most INCREDIBLE experience - pictures, people, EVERYTHING!

We received a gift certificate from Orthodontics Associates for Christmas last year for a free family session and a free canvas portrait. We had heard wonderful things about 3 girls photography, but had never been. And our family pictures were way overdue!



The experience was incredible from the time we called and talked to someone on the phone all the way to picking up our pictures. What an amazing place! We have never had so much fun together as a family except at six flags - my kids keep asking me when we can go back!



Our pictures turned out so amazing - we have never seen so many beautiful pictures of our family. My husband said he had never before liked a picture of himself until now. They helped us select several pictures to go on our walls to decorate our home, and as soon as we hung them all of our friends and family were so impressed!



We can't wait to go back to 3 girls photography! They make you feel like you have been friends forever, and the experience was priceless! We would recommend them to anyone looking to have pictures done for their family!

shockingly disappointed

We had a gift certificate good for a free family photo session and 14'' canvas portrait. I called the day before our scheduled portrait session to inquire on any necessary information we needed to know before coming. I was told to 'avoid whites, and pastels.'

Upon entering the studio, we were quite impressed with the setup and diversity of 'props.' But were abruptly disappointed when the photographer said "how do you feel about taking your glasses off for pictures today." ?????? I think my jaw must have dropped. She said, b/c they use natural lighting, there would be a glare on the glasses in all the pictures. This shocked me since natural lighting is the predominant way our family photos had always been taken. I was certainly disappointed as I had called the day before asking if there was anything we needed to know before arriving for family photos. To me, for someone who wears their glasses as they are necessary EVERY DAY, it would be like telling someone with facial hair "could you shave your mustache off so it doesn't cover your lip in the pictures?" If people see one in their eye glasses on a daily basis, that's how people know and see them. When one is asked to remove their glasses unexpectedly for a family portrait that's supposed to capture the 'real life moment' of this family...sounds like we captured a big distraction in a family portrait instead. It would be helpful to not assume each person that wears eye glasses is comfortable taking portraits without them-especially if they call and ask ahead of time if there's any special details they need to know.

Unfortunately, the bad luck didn't end there. Upon picking up our portrait gift, we realized they had ordered the wrong photo!! When I mentioned the error to the gentleman, and another employee, there was no apology offered, no offer of making the order right, and no offer of suggestions on what they could do to try and win back a customer. I was literally speechless as the employee looked at me as though it didn't even matter-as though I didn't matter! Since nothing was offered to make the matter right, I was forced to just leave unsatisfied...

If a client has a gift certificate from someone who's paid for your work, it would be in the best interest of everyone to treat them as though they were buying the most expensive portrait package, whether they were or not. Our personal experience made it seem that you only get treated well if you're paying out a lot of money. Someone DID pay for that session and portrait gift, sadly their return was not worth the payout...

Quite disappointed.
