D.B. Sontz Security Services

We used D.B. Sontz Security & Investigations for an employee termination at our Union County location. We fired an employee who was caught stealing and then told us he was going to come back and shoot the place up.
Mr. Sontz provided a retired police officer outside our business for several days during business hours which was roughly 14 hours a day. The local police eventually arrested the ex employee.
This company is very professional and there were no complaints about the officers who were assigned to our location. One of the employees worked later than usual one night and the off duty police officer offered to stay however long our employee wanted to stay late. The officer texted Mr. Sontz to let him know and he told the officer to stay as long as he could and even offered to come down and stay at the location himself if our employee wanted to stay even longer.

I hired D.B. Sontz Security & Investigations to track down a tenant who owed me several thousand dollars in back rent. I did not have any new information or forwarding address for this deadbeat tenant.
The day after I met with Mr. Sontz, he located my former tenant residing in another apartment complex. I also found out that this tenant was not on a lease in that complex but residing with a family member.
Mr. Sontz also served my former tenant with court papers. A job well done.

Guards showed up on time and very professional, all retired cops. No problem with billing and will use again.
