        Overall

        I am so satisfied with the customer service here. I called another repair shop and they quoted $89 just to look at my vacuum. Then I was told a new filter would be $50 dollars and any other parts on top of that. The Dyson Team waived the service fee, gave me a new filter for free, replaced the head of the vacuum and charged me nothing. The technician simply said, "You paid a lot up front for this Dyson. It's under warranty and we want to be sure that you will continue to use our product." Wow. I truly will never buy any other brand!!!
