The night staff is the most rude person in the world. When I asked him if checkout was 11 A.M., he said, "Yes, and if you don't like it why don't you go to plenty of other motels with earlier checkout times!" , and in the most condescending way. He was a young Middle Eastern man, but I forget his name. I'm not racist in the slightest, I have a Muslim Step-Father, so this is about the staffs overall attitude towards customers, or should I say potential customers, because when I heard his tone I abruptly left and took my business elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me to.
