Great place to meet people and not feel overwhelmed! Easy to get on equipment and plenty to use! Personal trainers are great!

Young Quest provides an alternative to the large health clubs that are covering Minnesota. The facility is quaint with a much smaller membership than LifeTime and LA Fitness. All of the equipment is what you would expect from the expensive health clubs without the hassle of having to wait to complete a workout. For those who want a clean gym to workout at without having to pay more than $50/month Young Quest needs to be considered for you. I am an avid weight lifter and have been for 8 years and I love this place.

YoungQuest Rocks! The trainers are great! Clients get amazing results... not like the large clubs trying to sell you every product under the sun! Larger than the little strip mall places that let every weird person look in the windows like your a zoo animal! I learned a great deal about myself mentally and what the way I can live the rest of my life! It has been changed... Lost 4% bodyfat in 2 months at age 36, after 2 children. I feel the best I have in years and have sent 3 of my friend in, who have also gotten great results. The owner is fit, friendly and trained more clients with a wide variety of results from winning state fitness shows, triatholons, grandma's, injured.. .You name it, Jason can and has done it! Fun place with lots of possitive energy!

The trainers and equipment are some of the industry's best and are all available at a reasonable price.
