Stanley Steemer

We've exclusively used Stanley Steemer for years, but the latst two times they've been here has been disappointing. Just had them out last week, and when I vacuumed shortly afterwards, I found two very obvious spots on the carpeting that should have been pre-spotted. Also, get very tired of the high pressure sales pitch every time they're here to buy their products. We have a cat who vomits occasionally. I use a very good Woolite product on the spots that works so well! He gave me a big spiel about how that product has bleach in it and I shouldn't use it (blah, blah, blah). There is absolutely NO BLEACH in the Woolite product at all! The time before, I had to tell the guys to move and clean under a small table and they did not do a good job. There was still a small bit of something on the floor beneath where the table had been that should have been picked up. All in all, I've been happy with their service and promptness - not sure what's going on these last two times though.

they have horrible support and the people on the phone are so mean they never even pick up for me and put me on hold for like 15 minutes I only put one star so I could rate it do not do use these people
