I have lived at the west wind apartments for a little over two years. I have had both knees replaced and as a result am handicapped. in order to wash clothes I have to carry and walk a little ways, as a result am always tired and outta breath. I sometimes leave my clothes for longer then asked because of being handicapped. IN TWO YEARs of living here never has this been a problem....until this white haired, moroon shirt, disgusting bare foot man came banging on my door at 7am. a little after 8 I walked down to find my clothing, soap, and basket were all missing!! I read the wall notes were it told me of a lost and found. I decided I was to go check it out the next day.. later that night my daughter brought my garbage out and while she was at dumpsters she noticed my clothes basket, clothes, and soap burried at bottom of dumpsters!!!! yup!! wtf right. . now I wanna know who this white haired old housekeeper thinks he is !!?? why does hé think that hé can do such things ?? to Recap this housekeeper , who thinkss It Is ok to work bare foot, thinkss its ok to steal then toss my stuff away !!! news flash buddy its not okay and i Will Be calling your management and local law inforcement !!! you Will not get away with its !!!

DO NOT rent from here if you have any other alternatives. The apartments are spacious and fairly attractive, but you will lose in the end because of the landlord service. Both unfair and cold, they neither listen to complaints nor feel it necessary to make sure you are happy with the apartment. We lived in two of their apartments over the course of a year; the first one was not cleaned when we moved in with our two month old son and smelled HEAVILY of smoke. Within two months the dishwasher was broken and while they did put in a maintainance call, the refused to speed it along or compensate us for the loss of it while mold grew in the standing water left in the bottom of our dishwasher. In the next apartment, the heating system went down, or got worse, or something in late December. We went through a cold spell in early January where the temp got down to negative 20 outside and felt like it in the apartment. I didn't expect a sauna but ice formed inside of our windows and no heat blew from the baseboards. When we were told that the heat was working properly and they had been in apartments much colder than ours we had had enough. Our eight month old son was unable to sleep at the apartment because of how cold it got despite covering the windows with plastic and quilts. So when they advertise that heat is included in the rent....don't believe them. Make this place your last alternative, PLEASE.
