I have looked at lot of apartments in Eau Claire and they have the cleanest apartments I have ever seen. They were very happy to work with me to find the kind of apartment I am looking for. I was looking for a place which I could have my cat and I wanted a shorter term of lease,because I was just moving to the area. I am looking forward to renting from them. I want to be living by other renters which are very understanding of other people's needs. I was happy to here that they take care of their own apartments.
