I have lived in one of their units for a couple years now and must say, they do make their buildings look nice, but that's it. The buildings are cheaply thrown together and very, very, poorly insulated. This kind of thing is only apparent if you've there for a while. In the winter the electric heat shoots up like a missile and the air conditioning in the summer takes for ever to cool. Then once it does, it doesn't take long to get hot. All and all interior construction is nice, but they use cheap materials and you need to replace items regularly. I buy the items myself and do the work myself- but I shouldn't have too. In closing, the utility bill is outrageous and they pay for nothing extra. All they care about is getting their money and making money. Rent from them at your own risk, as many people who don't investigate these people probably will. It will cost you in the long run.....

It has really been a pleasure to reside in a building where the management company is not only responsive to maintenance issues, but also carries through competently and efficiently in handling issues as they arise, either small or large. I have never had to make a follow up call to have something taken care of, whether it has been graffiti touch up or a leak due to roof damage. Their professionalism extends to their office staff and the team of skilled tradespeople they associate with. All of this gives me great peace of mind, especially when traveling, which I frequently do.

As the owner of P.P.M.C. I would like to take this opportunity to respond to this review. I remember specifically the building they lived in. I installed new vinyl replacement windows, they were very energy efficient high quality windows and the occupant without the landlords permission covered the windows with plastic and tape and left the windows unlocked leaving the seal open. This created their own mold problem over the winter. They left with adhesive tape and the black mold around the new windows.



This is the only apartment out of twelve units to have a problem. As for the dryer issue, we called the appliance service company as soon as the occupants contacted us and we ordered the part right away. The appliance store said that the part would take a week to get in. When the part arrived we installed the part the same day.

Here's a quick note to let you know how I feel about P.P.M.C.

My recommendation is don't rent from these people. I agree with the above review. That make things very confusing. They want their money but don't want to do anything for it. My advice to anyone who is willing to rent from them. Write everything down, keep everything. On the move in sheet. Write everything down with the apartment before you move in. Even make side notes because most of the stuff on the check out sheet are not on the move in sheet. And you might as well kiss your security deposit goodbye when you give it to them. You will never see it again. This was the worst renting experience I ever had

The lease agreements are confusing. They have cheap apartments, both price and quality. There is mold in the bathrooms that they just paint over. The washer and dryer were broke for about a month, they just left a note saying it would be fixed soon. The dryer has never ever worked. Basically, if you want cheap rent and are really good at reading between the lines and don't mind paying for a dryer that doesn't work then this place is for you.
