The owners and manager are only concerned with making money from you. They treat their staff terribly and practice very poor managing, such as firing people through texting, sending employees to buy them food and threatening termination when they won't comply with their demands.



If you must have a puppy, contact a reputable breeder, even if it is a long drive or wait. Do not let the convenience of picking it up right there fool you into making a bad decision. Don't buy any puppy that comes from Lancaster County, PA or if they're shipped here from anywhere in the Midwest. Everyone in this area should already know that Lancaster County Pennsylvania is the largest puppy mill area in the country.
