Extreme Carts

We paid for a custom made golf cart. The cart didn't work after one day, the batteries are bad, the fender rubs against the tire and I can't get them to replace the batteries or fix the fender despite 3+ weeks of phone calls. They make promises then don't follow through. It's been a terrible experience. Stay away.

Stay away. Very poor customer service. Is anyone taking them to court?

Don't use them at all. They have not returned our phone calls once they received full payment for the golf cart. The cart does not work (bad batteries I suspect) since day #1.

This has been the WORST experience!!! They have held our golf cart hostage and will not return phone calls. We were told 2 weeks tops and it has been almost a month...did I forget to mention that they have been PAID IN FULL for the work??!!!!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
