They are very helpful and very nice. They will try their best to answer any questions you have. I really like the workers.
Not the worst I have seen, but could be so much better. The finches I saw were huddled together in the bottom of a filthy cage shaking, that is inexcusable as many people work there. The clerks you speak with don't know when they will get anything, so no use asking.

Provided by SuperpagesI went into this store to find a quality lease for my large breed dog and I was not greeted when entering the store. I was not ask if I could help find anything in specific. I finally ask for help and in doing so I ask if there was any leases recommended for my breed of dog. The lady said we have some on close out that will not longer be in stock....thinking I was going to get a good lease at a good close out price WRONG WRONG WRONG...I ended up paying 20 dollars after taxes for this lease. There was some on the shelf that looked as if they were just as good but 1/2 that cost. I go ahead and pay because I just want to get out of the place. I get home and realize there was 2 stickers with 2 different prices. The top sticker said 17.99 and I peeled it off to reveal that the one under that the 17.99 was actually cheaper by 3 dollars...yet I was charged the 17.99 plus tax on a "CLOSEOUT ITEM"......they are thieves!!!! Double check your prices. I was so disappointed my suggestion would be shop at Homestead for your pet needs or at this point I'd say you'd get better service at Walmart and thats pretty sad if any of you know our local Walmart!!!!! I was very very very disappointed and will never be back to this place. Its the only pet store in Dyersburg and they take advantage of that...I hope Petsmart or another industry will come into Dyersburg one day and it will cost them their small business. People that cheat their customers do not deserve to stay in business!!!! I wouldn't even rate 1 star but it makes you just to submit the review.
I've bought my bunny, Benny, my dog, Bama, and all my fish and I'm completely satisfied.
I do not understand how this pet store can still be in business when they allow sick, starving and dying animals to be put out for sale. Please buyer beware and do not purchase anything from this store. Boycott them and help get them shut down. No animal deserves to suffer and die at the hands of inhumanity.
Stopped by on vacation with my husband, and saw the saddest sick little lizard :( broke my heart! When I asked about him I was scowled and told he was "just fine" and that he was feisty... I would be too had I been that Ill and then handled! I don't live in the area, but I don't want others to see what I did!

Why is it You get someone experienced with reptiles in your store and tell you something is wrong with one and you refuse to listen??? The lizard was so neglected he looked scale and bones!!! And then you have the nerve to post a video of the (still emaciated!!) lizard trying desperately to get away because you holding it is probably causing pain.
Then to top it all off they deleted both the video and pictures from their page to hide the obvious neglect. Seems guilty to me! The picture is all over the web now and so is the message of
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

The lizard was so neglected he looked scale and bones!!! Provided by SuperpagesI would not recommend the pet stop for pet grooming I carried a yorkie in for a puppy cut and he was almost shaved. He doesn't even look like a yorkie now. He will not be carried back there for grooming
Bought a cockapoo puppy from this store in 1995. Was one of the best things I've ever done in my life. Next week, that same pooch turns 17 (in people years). She's healthy, happy, and has been a joy to me every single day. I thank God for this store selling me something that has been absolutely priceless.
