T.J. Maxx

As one of the many ex-employees of the Durango Colorado T.J Maxx I would love to share my review of the business and staff. This store has two of the rudest managers I have ever seen. Linda and Errin who are the head honchos of this store are the biggest bullies I have ever worked for. I have been snapped at, yelled at, made cry in front of other employees numerous times. Not to mention walked in on them discussing how they don't like other employes behind their back. Starting rumors and telling other employes about the personal lives of those they are putting down. You are humiliated into getting rewards cards constantly. They are rude, sarcastic and have perfected the art of making you uncomfortable and intimidated. So many of the employees are unhappy with the management, especially Linda. The way they make you feel is completely unacceptable. Linda will yell at you and make rude remarks at you in front of your friends and family when you are OFF THE CLOCK or better yet just ignore you completely when you say hello. But at least Linda doesn't discriminate, she is rude to everyone. Unlike Errin, who is one of the most sexist people I have encountered. If you're a 20 year old boy, apply now! She not only flirts with you but gives you special treatment. She is extremely aggressive towards people including some customers and truck drivers. They have half the staff kissing up to them and the other half nervous to make eye contact. Every time Linda gets reprimanded for her actions she is perfectly sweet to the staff for about a week, then its back in hell for the "team". This is worse than high school drama and no one deserves to be treated like crap for $9.00 an hour, not to mention they cut your hours constantly just to hire multiple new staff! Instead of letting you go, they cut your hours so much you have to quit to make a living so they don't make themselves look bad. This is the nicest way possible to say all of this, please think twice before applying here!!
