Very upset! Very unprofessional. Did not follow the Blue Cross insurance deal they agreed with to be able to be a Blue Cross carrier! When I asked why they called me cheap! I pay over $800 a month for my insurance and was suppose to get 40% off the second pair (which is still way more than any other place in town to buy glasses). After hitting a wall with the manager I asked to talk to the Dr. Ash and was denied! The manager not only called me cheap since I was wanted the agreed deal, she told me when I came in the office I signed a bunch of papers that WAIVED all my rights to the agreed insurance deal! (got to be illegal) I just bought (with all the upgrades) 2 pairs of glasses without insurance ($290) some where else for almost HALF the cost I paid at this rip off office ($540 with insurance!) and the expensive glasses at Ashes office were cheaper in quality compared to Vision Mart. I thought my top notch insurance would get me professional service and product... BUYER BEWARE!
