        Kaczorowski Funeral Home ----Great

        We were in the process of making pre-arrangements for my mother and had visited 4 places. When we were there we talked to Bobby. The decision was up to my father but we liked Kaczorowski's the best. From attending previous funerals there he chose them.

        Not only were they the most reasonable in price their level of service and helpfulness was just great. In fact they were the only ones to show us the viewing room beforehand. Because we were tied-up with other things Bob came out to the house and picked up the cloths. The urn we had picked out they didn't carry but ordered it for us. Since we live in randallstown we ordered flowers from Don Flowers to pick-up and take with us, however, they forgot to mention they closed the Randallstown store and we would have to go to Long Green Pike. We called Bobby again who put us in touch with Bialzak Flowers which took our order at 1:45 and delivered them in time for the 3:00 viewing. The only problem we had was that we were a little rushed by the people they use to pick up the body for transport to the funeral home. They were in the area @ 3AM and probably didn't want to have to make a return trip. When we mentioned this to Bobby he apologized for the rush and said he would speak to them about it. All and all though the our experience with them was just great.
