        Awful Service!

        I have been to many Max & Erma's in Columbus, and this one is by far the worst. Two out of three times my family and I had to leave because after waiting for at least ten minutes there was no one who would seat us. Being hopeful we tried it once again this week (and this will surely the last time). Service is very slow (twenty minutes for a couple of hamburgers). The staff acts as if they are doing you a favor. Living in that part of town I'd rather drive all the way to the one in German Village or Easton to receive a decent service. This location should be one of the first ones in being shut down by the new parent company. A real disservice to Dublin!

        It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that we will not be re-opening after the temporary closures due to COVID-19. So, first things first, thank you for the laughs and thank you for the unforgettable good times and memories youâ??ve given us. Weâ??ve had some truly amazing guests over the years, and weâ??re sincerely disappointed to see this day come. With that said, we do encourage you to visit our location in Reynoldsburg, OH on East Broad St. Theyâ??re excited to keep the Max & Ermaâ??s dishes coming your way and are looking forward to meeting a bunch of new faces.
