        OMG ! .... my wife looks soooo GREAT now. She has trained with Cornelius and these "Boot Camp Girls" now for 4 months... these guys are awesome !!

        I have been training here with...

        I have been training here with my teenage sons and husband and I can't tell you how much it has impacted our lives. We have learned so much about ourselves and it is great to see our skill level improve. We are learning true JKD in a safe environment. There is no better method of fighting or self defense. Cornelius is a hands on teacher and we practice real life techniques. I also joined his boot camp and am happy to say, I am thrilled! I have lost weight and am at a fitness level I haven't been able to achieve on my own in years. It doesn't get much better than that!



        UPDATE: My schedule got complicated and we couldn't make it to class. Cornelius is now completely working around our schedule. We are now meeting at the gym and training at our home depending on which works better for us. He is even able to combine our JKD training with fitness training. Thank YOU! He continues to be a great trainer!

        My family and I have been in the Martial Arts for over 25 years. My son is UFC Fighter Mark (Caveman) Young. Cornelius has worked with my son and I and assisted my son in achieving the Japanese MMA "Ka'Ru Championship"



        Cornelius is still one hell of a Fighter, unbelievable how sharp his skills still are

        He now trains ALL of my Fighters in "Stand Up"
