Muay Thai Kickboxing Draper Muay Thai Kickboxing is easily one of the most intense, hardcore forms of martial arts on the planet - if not the most intense. In these Draper Muay Thai classes you'll learn all of the core techniques as if you were training in Thailand Gain powerful striking and defense skills for your own personal self-defense - or to use in competitions. Mixed Martial Arts Draper Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as we teach it here in Salt Lake County, Draper is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques from various disciplines such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The rules allow the use of both striking, Kickboxing and grappling techniques, both while on the ground or standing. MMA has been made popular by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and major clothing brands like Tapout and Afflication. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Draper Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, self-defense system and a combat sport that focuses on grappling, wrestling and ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan Judo in the early 20th century and then moved to Brazil where it was redefined and improved upon. BJJ can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi or no-gi) , mixed martial arts (MMA) competition and is great for developing balance, speed and agility. Wrestling Spend a few minutes wrestling , and you'll see why so many wrestlers are lean, toned, and in awesome shape. It's one of the most calorie-burning, full-body workouts on the planet.         If I could rate them a zero, I would. The class was hard.. But I have had nothing but trouble trying to talk to someone about their unprofessionalism that i have experienced with payments, and trying to reach the corporate office to settle things. I originally called the center, and waited over a week for a return call... I thought it was a fraud since I didn't hear from anyone in a week and tried to cancel my payment. They charged me, called me afterwords.. and I was told I would be given free classes. Not only have I never received word from the office at head quarters that "so called exsists"... but the Draper location has done nothing on their end to really help out. If you are an employee you should be able to talk to your CEO somehow. I am upset with the lack of professionalism, and that I am the one going on a wild goose chase to straighten things out. I will never go back... EVER! I'm disappointed and I'll let everyone know about my experience.

        If you love Cross Fit or a killer workout, if you want to have fun, if you want to get your body in shape, and you want to learn something new and useful try this place. I wish Portland had someplace this awesome. Bonus-the gym is family fun and family friendly. Thank you so much-can't wait to go back next time I am in town.

        Awesome place to exercise or learn self defense/MMA. The owners are very nice people that will work with you no matter what your needs are. I was nervous about trying it out, but I'm glad I did. Great gym and instructors. Try it! You won't regret it!

        One of the best training facil...

        One of the best training facilities in Utah without a doubt. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable in their trade, not to mention that Mike Stidham is truly a pioneer in bringing MMA to Utah. You can't go wrong by making the Ultimate Combat Training Center your training center, and they LOVE kids too!

        I really enjoyed my time at Ul...

        I really enjoyed my time at Ultimate Combat Training Center. I, unfortunately, had to move away, but would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in getting into the best shape of their lives, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I got to train with some of the coolest people in MMA, while my wife just LOVED the iLoveKickboxing classes.



        Super nice people!
