Perma-Seal Basement Systems

PermaSeal is very effective at what they do. My basement hasn't been wet since they put in the new sump pump. They were honest that all I needed was a sump pump - it saved me a lot of money from another company that wanted to excavate my foundation.

My basement is as dry as can be after they waterproofed it. I am completely thrilled with the results I had. There's not one negative thing about this whole experience.

Permaseal put in a drain tile system under the floor of my basement several years ago. This successfully kept water off of my floor. Only problem was I had mold growing on my walls years later. Then they tried to charge me for a service where they come out and inspect everything. No thanks. I ended up replacing the whole system with another company.
