this place is a joke the water is off all the time there is no management ever that can tell you when it will be back on or when you can expect it to be back on. when you have a problem the office is never open or the phone rings and rings. the rent is way to high for this place and the lot rent is a joke too much for no water ever then we have to sit without water for days on end and no compensation for the aggrivation.
Please dont ever move here.

Lazy rude managers. Very good at sitting on their behinds charging you fines for things that they should be responsible for as the management. Never in the office. Just really terrible.

Awful place to live. Managers don't care about the property, tenants, or homes. They are very unprofessional will tell your business to all of their employees. Not a good place to live at all. If you have problems in your rental they won't fix it. The basketball court is covered in broken glass, trash and God knows what else. Not a good place to live. Terrible management.

The people or should I say person. Most is just mad bc their lazy behinds couldn't ever keep a job and were always behind on rent and got evicted. u owned your house so you were responsible for fixing your own stuff. They are a up he. The manager will work with u on your rent as she did for "missy" but after years and years of constantly not paying yes you get evicted, well duh do y'all think you can just lay on your back and live for free. For my experience we always have everything we need and the manager is very helpful. Willing to work with your problems if you are honest. Never have any problems on this property, its a nice place to live, just watch out for the few bums here like missy. Who complain about everything because they can't get up and fix there own problem.

Water is off for hours and days at a time..and they give no notice as to why or if they are going to turn it off on you..small children always play in the streets unattended and they dont move for cars at all..the pool is closed most of the time..the garbage dumpsters are always full and yet they complain and want to charge the residents if they sit garbage by the dumpsters..I would not recommend this place to anyone..
