They have zero customer service. Lets say you have a problem with your phone and need help, they have no knowledge to help you so you get put on the phone with an 800 number to their customer service.

Do not try to go here before work as I have personally waited two hours on the phone with support standing in front of a customer service agent. I had to leave it in her hands and go to work and wouldn't you know, the phone magically disconnected and she couldn't finish my warranty claim.

I called and spoke to the manager about this incident and he said that a 2 to 3 hour wait on the phone with support was normal. This is not customer service at all. This is in fact the opposite. It is sticking your customers on the phone with someone smarter than yourself to help. It ends up being a game of phone chicken to see who hangs up first.

I will never purchase anything from this store as the people that work there have the most minimal of competence, and won't be able to help me with any problem I may have.
