Tommy Nai Spa

I went to Tommy nails on December 8th, 2015. I saw his advertisement on YouTube for a set of nails for $20, so I thought I'd give him a try. I hadn't had my nails done in years and wasn't sure, yet he vocalized his impatience with my indecisiveness. I wanted them short, and he didn't cut them short enough. When I asked for them shorter, he seemed hestitant. I had to tell him that I want them SHORT. Hestitantly, he cut them shorter. He did not file underneath my nails enough, so that my nails were thick. He also put on TWO coats of the pink gel polish, which I did not like, because it made them look overly fake, in a bad way. He did not file each nail evenly, some were more rounded on one side of the nail and straight-edged on the other. He did not clean my nails well enough, so that the paint from a project I had completed blended into the acrylic. There was glue on my fingers afterwards, and had I been going to a special event where I needed my nails done, it would have looked terrible. In the end, I was charged $40 for nails that looked like I could have done them myself. I do not recommend going to this shop.
