I cannot begin to say how happy. I was with the services that were provided to us and with the finished product.

We read the other review on this site and I can't believe that this person is talking about Panda Kitchen. We had a full house remodel done by Panda that included remodeling our bathroom, installing new cabinets.

I would not recommend Panda Kitchens & Bath to my worse enemy or a dead dog.!Yeah, the product is of an ok standard however, is it worth the frustration due to the level of service and incompetency of the employees.



In July, I purchase my cabinets and after 3 months I am still unable to obtain all my cabinets! They fired the first sales rep I was dealing with because he was a complete doorknob. But his replacement is of the same competency. Numerous calls and emails to the manager Herman Soto is fruitless as he does not have the courtesy to provide you with a response.



The lack of commitment to provide service is shown from management, the sales team and the delivery staff. I would advise everyone to just stay away and save yourself the hassle and frustration!

When I heard for first time about this kitchen contractor in Miami, I went to my husband’s office and asked him to go with me and pay for the kitchen I saw in panda’s web page! He knew that I was waiting to get the most appropriate company to order my favorite and adorable counter tops and cabinets! Therefore, he went with me and we paid to get my kitchen installed in my always beautiful and cozy house where my family and I have lived for more than fifteen years. The result was fantastic! I knew it!

I want to buy my cabinets from this kitchen contractor because the one I have are just terrible and difficult to clean or transform, but the only problem is that I haven’t received a nice quote! I don’t have much money and I need some help! I expected to have it this week! Afterwards, I will be glad to share my experience as other people have done!
