When I first called I was given the next available date which was in 1 month. I got there 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary paper work. I didn't get seem by the doctor until 25 minutes after my appointment time. As I sat and waited in the lobby, I could hear the doctor and the 2 receptionists gossiping while I sat and waited for them to finish. The walls in this place are very thin. I tuned myself out when I heard them speaking about a patient. The office is small and as I said, the walls are thin. You can hear what’s being talked about in the doctor's office behind closed doors while you're standing @ reception waiting to pay.

With all the specialties listed for this doctor on my insurance website I was surprised at my whole experience. I was told by the doctor to come back in a week, but as I stood with the receptionist she advised me her next availability was for a month from that day. I took it in desperation. When I finally arrived for my follow-up after waiting patiently for 1 month, I was advised that they were running behind an hour on their appointments. I thought it was completely unprofessional for them to do this... especially it being a mental health doctor where consideration for a patient's mental status should be #1 concern. I declined to wait and left right then. If you are not in a rush to get a fix for your situation and don’t mind everyone knowing your business through the walls this is the perfect place for you.
