Wendy's

Got a loaded baked potato yesterday at Wendy's & lets just say it sure was loaded but not what I expected. I took about 3 bites of my food to almost swallow a hard substance! As I was spitting it out I immediately thought it was an ear ring or something because the point poked my tongue but once I spat it out I found a screw on my napkin! There was a screw in my food! I was highly upset because I was on my way to get my 3 year old daughter and thank goodness I got that before because she would have ate some as well & imagine if she was to have had that in her mouth and choked on it! I'm still shooken up at the thought of that. I go back in get the manager & show her for her to just apologize that was it! I was highly disappointed, not sure if it was an accident or not but still imagine a 3 year old child choking on a rusty old screw, good thing it was me who knew something wasn't right in my mouth!
